Graz, AustriaIn September 2021 we celebrated the “Spatenstichfeier”, marking the beginning of the construction works for AHS!
Located near the main train station in Graz, the residential building of AHS lies just a hop, skip and a jump from the city center, whilst being surrounded by a rural landscape.
The building hosts 13 apartments, each offering different views to the surrounding hilly landscape from their private terraces and gardens. The architectural concept is coherently drawn throughout the interior and exterior spaces, always putting the user’s needs first. The tailor made floor plans offer space for a variety of situations, providing the perfect home for everyone!
