Retro67 designed from AVA for Masharii of Karim Jabbour and Archstone capital breaks ground in Beirut. the project is expected to have archeologists on site to check for important archeological material nevertheless Beirut is one of the oldest cities in the world, inhabited more than 5,000 years ago. The first historical mention of Beirut is found in the ancient Egyptian Tell el Amarna letters dating from the 15th century BC.
Our beautiful project, the revitalisation of a wonderful old farm house, originally built in 1838, in the south of Styria was published int the Grazetta magazine. G-farm is a project we love to show and one of those projects which sum up the most our respect for historical buildings.

Andrea Vattovani Architecture has been Awarded with an honorable mention in the competition Smart City Wagner-Biro.
Functional, versatile and edge-less, are the leitmotifs for this design. A public space for people of the 21st century, people who like to spend their time outdoors, who like to walk to their workplace, ride a bike or travel by public transport. The aim is to maximize the potential of the living space in which people move daily. This space is supposed to become a meeting place for people of all generations, with space for various functions and activities.
Project Retro67 by Andrea Vattovani Architecture for the developer Archstone Capital and the developer manager Masharii was presented in Beirut these days at DREAM2016. The project received a very positive feedback after being presented. Andrea Vattovani CEO of AVA was at the event alongside Karim Jabbour CEO of Masharii to personally present his latest project. DREAM is a real estate exhibition gathering a wide number of renowned real estate developers, brokers, and financiers. Conveniently held at Biel, it is the premier event for the property market in Beirut.
Andrea Vattovani Architecture was invited to take part in a competition for a mixed use development, in the Center of Beruit which included retail units and 30 apartments. The project was developed by Archstone Capital alongside Masharii, an award winning Project Management company.
Andrea Vattovani of AVA designs the new Austrian residence for Marco Armiliato. He is considered to be one of today’s most respected opera conductors and is a frequent guest in the world’s most prestigious opera houses(New York, Vienna, Zurich…). Andrea Bocelli’s opening concert of Expo 2015 in Milan hosted in front of the Duomo was directed under the baton of maestro Marco Armiliato.
