Today took place the final presentation of “Designing2/Town planning” the course held by Arch. Andrea Vattovani at Graz University of Technology.
This year the course was again a kind of experiment in which the students developed in the first part a masterplan for the Triestes “Porto Vecchio” toghether with Andrea Vattovani, simulating an office strategie of working. for the second part of the course was chosen a part of the masterplan and developed from the students in single pieces.
The subject of the second part of the course was to find and design the right functions to develope this part of the city. The final projects had really a high level considering that the students are in the 4th semester of their studies and that they had less then 2 month to work on it.
In front of an exceptional Jury composed of: Arch. Andrea Vattovani, Arch. Martin Lesjak from Innocad, and Arch. Clemens Luser from HoG.
